Business / Partner Terms

These Business / Partner Terms (“Business Terms”) apply to businesses, venues, vendors, service providers, and their authorised representatives (“Business”, “you”, or “your”) that register, create, claim, manage, advertise, or maintain a business listing on WeddingVenues.in (“WeddingVenues”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating or using a Business Account, you agree to these Business Terms in addition to the WeddingVenues Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Business Eligibility

You represent that:

• You are legally authorised to represent the business;
• The information provided during registration is accurate;
• You have authority to publish information about the business;
• You have authority to upload photographs and other business content; and
• Your use of the Platform complies with applicable law.

2. Business Listings

Businesses may provide information including:

• Business name;
• Address;
• Contact details;
• Photographs;
• Services;
• Pricing;
• Packages;
• Capacity;
• Facilities;
• Operating hours;
• Policies;
• Offers; and
• Other relevant information.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your listing is accurate and current.

3. Accuracy of Information

You must promptly notify WeddingVenues of material changes to your business information.

You must not knowingly provide:

• False information;
• Misleading pricing;
• Fake offers;
• False availability;
• Misleading photographs;
• False reviews; or
• Information that infringes another person's rights.

4. Business Content

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions for photographs, logos, videos, descriptions, trademarks, and other content submitted to WeddingVenues.

You grant WeddingVenues a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and promote such content in connection with WeddingVenues and its services.

5. Customer Enquiries

WeddingVenues may provide customer enquiries or leads to businesses.

Businesses agree to:

• Respond professionally;
• Use customer information only for legitimate purposes related to the enquiry;
• Not sell or unlawfully share customer information;
• Not misuse customer contact information;
• Respect applicable communication and privacy laws; and
• Honour representations made to customers.

6. Customer Information

Customer information received through WeddingVenues must be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Businesses must not use customer information for unrelated purposes unless they have a lawful basis and appropriate permission.

7. Bookings and Services

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the business is responsible for fulfilling services booked or arranged directly with the customer.

The business is responsible for:

• Service quality;
• Availability;
• Pricing;
• Taxes;
• Booking conditions;
• Advance payments;
• Cancellations;
• Refunds;
• Event execution;
• Customer communication; and
• Compliance with applicable laws.

8. Business Policies

Businesses must provide accurate information regarding their own:

• Cancellation policies;
• Advance payment policies;
• Venue timings;
• Food policies;
• Decoration policies;
• Alcohol policies;
• Parking facilities;
• Taxes; and
• Other applicable conditions.

WeddingVenues may display such information to users.

9. Fees and Paid Services

Where WeddingVenues offers paid listings, subscriptions, advertising, promotional placements, lead packages, or other paid services, the applicable commercial terms and pricing will be communicated separately.

Unless otherwise specified, fees paid for a service may be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund conditions presented at the time of purchase.

10. Reviews

Businesses must not create, purchase, manipulate, or arrange fake reviews or ratings.

Businesses must not improperly influence customers to provide misleading reviews.

WeddingVenues may investigate and remove reviews or ratings where reasonably necessary.

11. Listing Verification

WeddingVenues may verify business information using documents, telephone verification, online information, customer feedback, or other reasonable methods.

Verification does not constitute an unconditional guarantee or certification of the business.

WeddingVenues may display verification indicators where applicable.

12. Suspension or Removal

WeddingVenues may suspend, restrict, or remove a listing where:

• Information is false or misleading;
• The business violates these Business Terms;
• The business receives credible complaints;
• The business misuses customer information;
• The listing infringes intellectual property rights;
• The business engages in fraudulent activity;
• Required information cannot be verified;
• The business poses a security or legal risk; or
• Removal is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect users or the Platform.

13. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of intellectual property that you lawfully own.

You grant WeddingVenues the licence described in these Business Terms for content submitted to the Platform.

You must not upload content belonging to another party without permission.

14. Compliance with Law

Businesses are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to their business and services.

This may include laws relating to:

• Consumer protection;
• Taxes;
• Licences;
• Food and catering;
• Alcohol;
• Safety;
• Advertising;
• Intellectual property;
• Privacy;
• Data protection; and
• Employment or other business obligations.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify WeddingVenues against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your business;
• Your services;
• Your listing;
• Your content;
• Your breach of these Business Terms;
• Your violation of applicable law; or
• Your dealings with customers.

16. No Guarantee of Leads or Bookings

Unless expressly agreed in writing, WeddingVenues does not guarantee:

• A minimum number of leads;
• A minimum number of bookings;
• Revenue;
• Customer conversion;
• Listing visibility;
• Search position; or
• Availability of any particular promotional placement.

17. Ranking and Display

WeddingVenues may organise, categorise, filter, and display businesses using factors such as:

• Location;
• Category;
• Relevance;
• Business information;
• Availability of information;
• User searches;
• Promotional arrangements;
• Business participation;
• Platform performance; and
• Other operational or commercial factors.

Specific ranking positions are not guaranteed.

18. Changes to Business Services

WeddingVenues may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or business services.

Where appropriate, material changes to paid services will be communicated in accordance with applicable contractual terms.

19. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship subject to any applicable commercial agreement.

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that by their nature are intended to continue after termination.

20. Governing Law

These Business Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
